Course Objectives

After attending this course the student should be able to:

§               Understand the anatomical terms and position.

§               Describe in simple terms the normal structure of the tissues, organs and systems individually and collectively.

§               Apply his knowledge to understand function of human body.

§               Understand important clinical conditions and their relevance to the anatomy of various systems studied.

§               Apply their knowledge of gross anatomy and structure of normal tissues to recognize their abnormal function in some pathological conditions.
